By accessing or using the services of Ovoschnaya-Kinza Repair Services ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not access or use our services.
Ovoschnaya-Kinza Repair Services provides repair and maintenance services for residential and commercial properties throughout the UK. Our services include, but are not limited to, plumbing repairs, electrical services, carpentry, painting, and decorating. The specific services provided will be agreed upon in writing before the commencement of any work.
Service appointments must be scheduled in advance. We will make every effort to accommodate your preferred time and date, but availability depends on our current schedule.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted service price or a minimum call-out fee, whichever is less.
Prior to starting work, we will provide you with a quote or estimate for the requested services. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise specified. Please note that unforeseen issues discovered during the repair process may necessitate additional work and costs, which will be discussed with you before proceeding.
Payment is due upon completion of services, unless otherwise agreed in writing. For larger projects, we may require a deposit before work begins and milestone payments throughout the project. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.
Invoices not paid within 14 days of the invoice date may incur a late payment fee of 5% of the outstanding amount. Additional interest may be charged in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
All repair work performed by Ovoschnaya-Kinza Repair Services is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of completion, covering defects in workmanship and materials provided by us. This warranty does not cover:
You agree to provide our technicians with safe, reasonable access to all areas necessary to complete the requested services. The work area should be clear of obstructions, and pets should be secured. If our technicians determine that conditions are unsafe or unsuitable for performing the requested services, we reserve the right to postpone work until the conditions are remedied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ovoschnaya-Kinza Repair Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for all claims related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ovoschnaya-Kinza Repair Services, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that arise from or relate to your violation of these Terms or your use of our services.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United Kingdom.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
